Amy Wallace Yingling has over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing, competitive intelligence, and consumer market research. Through the use of qualitative and quantitative research, she has aided 14 Fortune 100/500 companies in sales development, change management and executive decision making. Recently, Amy has been working with multiple small business ventures with revenues from $250K to $8M to develop strategic marketing initiatives. A Maryland native, Amy holds two degrees from the University of Baltimore, a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in marketing and an M.B.A with a focus in leadership.

Al Henry

Business Consultant - Harford County

Al Henry has over 30 years of experience in retail operations and merchandising as well as market/data research and analysis. Over his 48 year business career, he has consulted over 1,000 businesses ranging from startups to $5 million firms. He served as vice president of business development and director for three business incubators for the York County Economic Development Corporation.. In 2007 The U.S. Small Business Administration honored Al with the Unsung Hero award for his assistance to minority-owned firms. He has received professional certifications from the National Association of Human Resource Professionals, Cornell University’s School of Management and the National Business Incubation Association.

Darren Peyton has over 20 years experience in hospitality and customer service management in the USA and Europe. Darren graduated with honors from Towson University receiving a B.S in finance/economics. Recently, he graduated at the top of his class from Aalborg University in Denmark receiving a Masters in innovation/entrepreneurship. He is also an AASBC Accredited Small Business Consultant.

 

 

Ryan Del Gallo

Business Consultant - Cecil and Harford Counties

Ryan Del Gallo serves as the Business Consultant for Cecil and Harford Counties, as well as the Technology Consultant for the Northern Region of Maryland. Ryan holds a B.S. from the Wilmington University College of Business and continues to complete an MBA in Finance & Technology Management. Throughout his career, Ryan has worked with the U.S. Army and has consulted businesses ranging from startups to $10M firms. Ryan serves on the board of Cecil Business Resource Partners, Harford’s Business Edge, and is the Advisor for Business Computing & Applied Technology at Harford Community College. Jennifer Smith-Funn

Business Consultant - Baltimore County

Jennifer Smith-Funn presently serves as a Business Consultant for Baltimore County.She is the recipient of the 2014 Outstanding Staff Award in the Division of Research at the

University of Maryland, College Park and currently serves as a member of the Baltimore CountyCommission of Arts and Sciences and holds an appointment by Governor Larry Hogan to the

Chesapeake Conservation Corp Board. In addition to her exemplary skills in projectmanagement, business development and marketing, Ms. Funn has the natural talent of fosteringong-term relationships with and among all community stakeholders – businesses, governmentand residents, alike. During her 20 years in the Baltimore and Maryland Capital regions, Ms. Funn has not only worked to enhance communities in Baltimore and Prince George’s counties, but she also earned the title of experienced entrepreneur. “By the Bay Café” is where, as proprietor, she further

honed her business management, supervisory and analytical skills. Ms. Funn was formally educated at the Virginia State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
